Amanda Dieli is a writer, actor, and producer. She has an MFA in screenwriting from the University of Texas at Austin, a BFA in acting from the University of Southern California, and a certificate in television writing from the UCLA Professional Program. Her original festival-winning micro-series 18 Grand: A Personal Space Odyssey is available to watch on Footprint.TV. Her original pilots “Soul-Hates” and “Joe’s Girls” are AFF Official Second Round Selections. Her work has screened at SeriesFest, NYC WebFest, and Miami WebFest, and has been performed at The Public’s Under the Radar festival, and The Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in New York.
As a performer, Amanda is a veteran sketch actor and improviser of the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York. She gave over 400 performances of a 90-minute comedy haunted history tour as Celine, the Ghost with the Most Dad Jokes for Madame Morbid’s Trolley Tours in Brooklyn between 2018 and 2022. And, most notably, in 2012 Amanda had a scene with Sigourney Weaver in a pilot and they only cut one of her two lines. Proud member of SAG-AFTRA.
Amanda enjoys a lot of things, but she likes dancing in her kitchen while cooking, Halloween novelty music, and Chicago-style hot dogs the most.
